This page appears when you save an order from the Order Samples: Sample Information or Clinical Questions pages during order entry, or when you click the SID entry for a patient from the list of Unreleased Orders accessed from the main Results page. If this page appears after you save a split order, then Harvest Webstation adds "Your order has been successfully placed and has been split into _ orders. Your order summaries for all _ orders are shown below." to the standard page text, and displays the orders separately on the screen. This allows you to work with each order individually, including editing the order, deleting the order, and printing additional invoices, requisitions, or labels, etc. This page displays the order details and results in a report format. The detailed patient information is displayed at the top of the page and the order information is displayed at the bottom of the page, sorted by Draw Date and then by sample ID. Note that the order choice information for order choices is also included in the standard and custom requisitions. See Printing Requisitions. If the Harvest System Administrator has defined one or more custom fields, then the field(s) appear at the bottom of the report header. You may use an advanced configuration option to display an Additional Details section, which may contain the following types of information: encounter ID, fasting, CC, order location, room number, tube types, and clinical information. If there is an ID comment for the order, then it appears just below the report header information. By default, information-only order choices (those marked with [i]) will appear on the screen, but will not be included on reports sent to the printer. In this case, if the report only contains information-only order choices, then a blank report will print, containing only a header and footer. However, you may use an advanced configuration option to display or hide information-only order choices on the screen and/or on the printed report. See the Harvest online or printed help for more information. Click the patient's name to open the record in the Edit Patient page, where you may create, view, or edit information for the selected patient. After you have reviewed the information, you may choose to use the buttons to process the order. Print Click this button to print the results. Labels Click this button to print labels for the order. You must have already installed and configured the LabelPrinting application to use this feature. See Configuring Harvest Webstation: Enabling Label Printing for more information. Requisition Click this button to select and print requisitions. You may modify your advanced configuration options to allow the printing of requisitions for any test location, regardless of requisition settings. The button will always display when the option is enabled. Invoice Click this button to print an invoice for the order. You may want to use this button to reprint an invoice or to print an individual invoice if invoices are not automatically printed. Note that if the system administrator for Harvest has disabled invoices for Harvest Webstation, then Harvest Webstation will alert you to the problem, and it will not print an invoice when you click the Invoice button. Edit or Attach Click this button to edit or attach additional order choices to the unreleased order that you are currently viewing. See Editing an Unreleased Order. Comments Click this button to view or modify patient, order, or order choice comments. See Comments. Note that if there are comments at any level for the patient, the button text will be italicized. Recurring Information Click this button to review information for a recurring order. This button is only available for recurring orders. See Recurring Information. Split Orders Click this button to view related split orders. This button is only available if Harvest Webstation split the original order because of split order rules. See Related Split Orders. Delete Order Click this button and enter a reason for removing the order, if desired. Click OK to delete the selected order and return to the Unreleased Orders page, or click Cancel to return to the order details without deleting the order.
