This page appears when you click the "Your Unreleased Orders" link from the main Results page.

Note that you must have the necessary security settings in order to view unapproved order information on the Unreleased Orders page. See Configuring Harvest Webstation: Establishing Security Settings for more information.

All of the orders that you originally placed in Harvest Webstation, but that have not yet been accessioned into Harvest, are displayed in this page. Note that you will only see the orders you placed; you will not see any orders entered by any other Harvest Webstation user.

You may modify your advanced configuration options to also include orders that do not have an assigned provider in the Unreleased Orders list.

By default, the following information is displayed for each order (however, you may create a column view specifying which columns to display and how to sort the columns in the Column Views table in Harvest—see the Harvest online or printed help for more information):

• Patient Name The name of the patient. Click the patient's name to open the record in the Edit Patient page, where you may create, view, or edit information for the selected patient.
• Sample ID The Sample ID for the order. Click an entry in the Sample ID column to open the item in the Unreleased Order Details page. From this page, you may view all of the order details, print the order, print labels for the order, print invoices, edit or attach additional order choices, or delete the order.
• Order Choice The name of the order choice that has been ordered.
• Draw Date The date the sample was taken from the patient. Note that you may modify your advanced configuration options to change the “Draw Date” and “Draw Time” labels to user-defined values (such as “Expected Date” and “Expected Time”). This is useful to avoid confusion in labs where, for example, the draw date is more accurately interpreted as the expected date.
• Provider The name of the ordering provider.
• Entered By The name of the person who entered the order. By default, you will only be able to view unreleased orders that you placed; however, if the preference settings to show orders for providers in personnel group, show orders for draw locations in location group, and/or show orders for order locations in location group are enabled, then Harvest Webstation will display all of the unreleased orders that you placed in addition to all of the unreleased orders entered by other ordering techs at your location if the techs are assigned to the same Web Personnel Group, and/or all of the unreleased orders with order/draw locations assigned to your Web Location Group. You may modify your advanced configuration options to change the name of the "Entered By" column to the desired terminology.

By default, this list is sorted by Draw Date. To sort the list by a different value, click another column header. Once you select a different sort column, Harvest Webstation will continue to sort on that column each time the page is displayed until another column is selected or you exit Harvest Webstation. Harvest Webstation displays a small up arrow or down arrow next to the column you are sorting by, indicating whether the sort is ascending (up) or descending (down). Click on the currently sorted column to sort the column in the opposite direction.

Harvest Webstation lists up to 30 pages of unreleased orders. Click a page number (located at the top of the screen) to navigate through the results. These page links will only be present if there is more than one page of results.

Click the Unreleased Orders menu link to update the screen with any new order information.
