This page appears when you click the "Your Completed Results"
link from the main Results page.
Viewing Completed Results
- Results will only be displayed here for providers who have an
Harvest Webstation user name and password and have been set up
in Harvest to always receive reports via the web or
are selected to receive a copy of the patient's results via the web
as a CC recipient.
See the Harvest online help for more information about setting
up a provider to receive results in Harvest Webstation.
- By default, Harvest Webstation displays orders in the Completed Results list once all order choices on the order that are eligible to be printed are approved in Harvest. These orders have not been marked as reviewed
(see below). Note the following about results displayed on this page:
- If there are any order choices marked as "Omit from Batch Print" on an order, when all other order choices on the order are approved, the entire order is considered to be complete and will appear in the Completed Results list (regardless of the approval status of the "Omit from Batch Print" order choices).
- Non-microbiology and non-AP order choices marked as "Omit from Batch Print"
(a setting established in Harvest) may or may not appear on this
page, and/or in the printed report, depending on advanced configuration
options. By default, these order choices
are not included on the screen or the printed report. However, you may
modify the advanced configuration options to display the
"omit from batch print" order choices on the screen, on the printed report,
or both. Contact technical support for help establishing these settings.
- Approved microbiology order choices will appear in this list whether
or not they are marked as "Omit from Batch Print."
- You may modify your advanced configuration options to deliver preliminary microbiology or provisional AP reports to the provider in this page. Note that you will also need to enable the Webstation advanced configuration option that controls the display of preliminary/provisional reports.
- You may modify your advanced configuration options to not deliver to this page completed results if all order choices in the order are marked information-only ([i]).
- This list is affected by whether the orders are being filtered by
the ordering provider or by the patient provider, and it is affected
by whether all of the orders for providers within your Web Personnel
Group are being shown or if only your orders are being shown. See Security
Filtering Preferences.
When the option to view all of the orders for providers within your
Web Personnel Group is enabled, non-providers may access completed orders
for their Web Personnel Group from this page to mark the orders as
reviewed, even if they are not the patient's primary provider or a CC report
recipient.
IMPORTANT: Non-providers are not able to mark the same results
as reviewed if they access the order by performing a search for the
patient. Primary providers or CC report recipients may mark the orders
as reviewed, regardless of how they accessed the results.
- By default, Harvest Webstation displays all completed results with a draw date that falls between the Start Date and End Date. By default, Harvest Webstation sets the Start Date to an empty date of 00/00/0000 (so the draw date can be any date that occurs in the past) and sets the End Date to the current date. Modify one or both of these dates and click the Search button to update the list to contain only those completed results with draw dates in the selected date range.
You may modify your advanced configuration options to set the start date to the specified number of days in the past.
- Mark the "My orders only" checkbox to only display orders for the currently signed in provider.
You may modify your advanced configuration options to select this checkbox by default.
- All Completed Results are displayed on this page with the following
information:
- By default, this list is sorted by Severity. To sort the list
by a different value, click another column header. Once you select a
different sort column, Harvest Webstation will continue to sort on that
column each time the screen is displayed until another column is selected
or you exit Harvest Webstation. Harvest Webstation displays a small up arrow or down arrow next to the column you are sorting by, indicating whether the sort is ascending (up) or descending (down). Click on the currently sorted column to sort the column in the opposite direction.
- Harvest Webstation lists up to 30 pages of completed results. Click
a page number (located at the top of the screen) to navigate through
the results. These page links will only be present if there is more
than one page of results.
- Click the Print All Reports or the Print all Reports and Mark
as Reviewed link. A confirmation dialog box will appear. Click OK to display all of the reports in HTML format in the list of Completed
Results in a new browser window and to open the print dialog box, where
you may modify your print settings if necessary. Click Print
to send the report to the printer, or click Cancel to cancel
the print job. Note the following:
When printed, there will be a page break between the reports.
If the Web Preferences settings in Harvest are set to display the report in PDF format, then Harvest Webstation does not open a separate page when you click the Print All Reports link or the Print all Reports and Mark as Reviewed link. The full set of reports will display in the PDF frame within the primary browser page, and you must use the Print option in the PDF frame to print the reports.
If you used the Print all Reports and Mark as Reviewed link, then Harvest
Webstation will also mark each report as reviewed. Note that you may
use the Order Details page to individually print results or mark results
as reviewed.
If you click the Print all Reports and Mark as Reviewed link and you do not have the necessary security settings to mark results as reviewed, Harvest Webstation alerts you to that fact, and will not mark the reports as reviewed.
When you print CC reports from this page, Harvest Webstation prints "cc: <provider's last name, provider's first name>" at the top left corner of the report.
If your facility has the necessary comment preference enabled in Harvest, then Harvest will add a reportable order-level comment to a patient report when a Harvest Webstation user marks a report as reviewed. See the Harvest online or printed help.
Depending on the comment preference settings in Harvest, when you mark a report as reviewed on this page, Harvest will automatically create an order-level comment on the report containing your name. See the Harvest online or printed help for more information.
You may modify your advanced configuration options to insert a comment stating that the report has been reviewed on the printout.
- If you have printed completed reports, but have not marked them as reviewed, the Mark Printed Reports as Reviewed link appears. Click this link to display a confirmation dialog box, and then click OK to mark all of the previously printed reports as reviewed. Harvest Webstation then displays a message indicating how many reports were marked as reviewed, along with the order/result search options from the main Look Up Results menu. If you click the "Your Completed Orders" link, it is possible to see additional reports, since more orders may have been approved and web delivered since the reports were first printed.
- Click the Completed Results menu link to update the screen with any
new order or result information.
- Click a Patient Name to open the patient's record in the Edit Patient: Patient Tab page. If you have the
"Hide inaccessible orders on orders list" option enabled and
if your security preference settings make the order not accessible,
then the Order Details page will appear, but it will be blank. See
Security Filtering Preferences
for more information.
- Click an entry in the Sample ID column to view the details
for the selected order in the Order
Details page, where you may access the Test
History or the Result Graph
for a selected test, mark results as reviewed, as well as print,
fax, or email
the report.
