This page appears when you click the "Your Orders in Progress" link from the main Results page.

Orders appear in the Orders in Progress list after they have been accessioned via Harvest. See the Harvest online help for more information.

This list is affected by whether the orders are being filtered by the ordering provider or by the patient provider, and it is affected by whether all of the orders for providers within your Web Personnel Group are being shown or if only your orders are being shown. See Security Filtering Preferences for more information.

All of the Orders in Progress that you originally placed in Harvest Webstation are displayed in this page. When the option to view all of the orders for providers within your Web Personnel Group is enabled, non-providers may access orders in progress for their Web Personnel Group from this page, even if they are not the patient's primary provider or a CC list recipient

The following information is displayed for each order:

Patient Name The name of the patient. Click the patient's name to open the record in the Edit Patient page, where you may create, view, or edit information for the selected patient.

Sample ID The Sample ID for the order. Click an entry in the Sample ID column to open a report that contains details for the order. Using this Order Details page, you may access the Test History or the Result Graph for a selected test, as well as print, fax, or email the report.

If you do not have the Web View Unapproved Orders security setting enabled, then Harvest Webstation will alert you to that fact, and you will not be allowed to view the details for the orders in progress in the Order Details page. See Configuring Harvest Webstation: Establishing Security Settings for more information.

Draw Location The location where the sample was drawn.

Provider The provider who ordered the test.

Draw Date The date the sample was taken from the patient.

Order Choices or Specimens This column is only visible if you configure your setup for the "Webstation Orders in Progress" column view in Harvest or Orchard Pathology. Once configured, you can view all order choices or specimens for each order. 

By default, this list is sorted by Sample ID. To sort the list by a different value, click another column header. Once you select a different sort column, Harvest Webstation will continue to sort on that column each time the page is displayed until another column is selected or you exit Harvest Webstation. Harvest Webstation displays a small up arrow or down arrow next to the column you are sorting by, indicating whether the sort is ascending (up) or descending (down). Click on the currently sorted column to sort the column in the opposite direction.

Harvest Webstation lists up to 30 pages of orders in progress. Click a page number (located at the top of the page) to navigate through the results. These page links will only be present if there is more than one page of results.

Click the Orders in Progress menu link to update the page with any new order or result information.
