Note that you must have the necessary security settings in Harvest
before you can access the system through Harvest Webstation. These
settings also determine what functions you can perform (browse results,
enter orders, etc.). See the Harvest online help for more information.
- Enter your user name and password and click the Sign In button. Depending on the security settings in Harvest, your user name may appear as asterisks (*) instead of letters. See the Harvest online help.
- If your entry is valid, the Harvest Webstation Homepage
appears.
- If the password is valid but has expired, the Change Password page appears, alerting you that you must change the expired password
before you may continue. Use this page to update your password.

Note: Harvest Webstation will only check for expired passwords if
that security option has been enabled in Harvest. See the Harvest
online help for more information.
- If your entry is not valid, an alert appears informing you that
your entry was not valid. Click the Please Try Again link and re-enter
your sign in information.
- If Harvest Webstation finds more than one match to a sign in name,
an alert appears informing you that the System Administrator must
change your sign in before you may access the system.
- You may modify your advanced configuration options to prevent users from signing in multiple times. When enabled, once a user is signed into Harvest Webstation, their account is locked from signing in again until they sign out or the session times out.
- You will receive an alert if the maximum number of Harvest Webstation
users has been reached. If this occurs, try to sign in later, or contact
your System Administrator.
- If you receive a message that says, "You must use a secure connection
to access Harvest Webstation. Contact your Harvest Webstation administrator
for more information," you will not be allowed to access Harvest
Webstation until you sign in with a secure connection. For your convenience,
the error message will provide a link to the secure site. If no secure
site is available, this link will not work. See Troubleshooting
for more information.
- Click the "How do I get a user name and password" link to
open an alert page that may contain primary/secondary support contacts,
hours for support, and email or phone contact information. This support
text information is established by the Harvest System Administrator. See Configuring Harvest Webstation: Modifying Program Preferences
for more information.
