Patient Search Results

This page appears if there are multiple matches to your search from the Find Patient page, accessed with the Find Patient link.

  1. The search results displayed in this page are listed with the Patient Name, Patient ID, Social Security Number (SSN), Date of Birth, Sex, and Provider. Note that Harvest Webstation appends "[DECEASED]" to the patient's name in the list of matches if the patient is marked as deceased on the Edit Patient: Patient Tab page or in Harvest. See Edit Patient: Patient Tab.
  2. Harvest Webstation lists up to 30 pages of search results. Note that if you belong to a Web Personnel Group or Web Location Group that limits your access to the patient results linked to certain providers or locations, then this page displays only those patients who match your search criteria and are linked to one of the providers in your Web Personnel Group and/or locations in your Web Location Group.
  3. This list is also affected by whether the orders are being filtered by the ordering provider or the patient's provider and whether Harvest Webstation is set up to hide inaccessible patients on the patient list. See Security Filtering Preferences.
  4. Click a page number (located at the top and bottom of the page) to navigate through the results. These page links will only be present if there is more than one page of results.
  5. Click a patient's name to open the record in the Edit Patient: Orders Tab page, where you may create, view, or edit information for the selected patient.
  6. If you do not see the patient for whom you are searching, click the New Search button to perform a new search (see Find Patient).
