This page appears when you click the Find Patient link from any page in Harvest Webstation.
This feature allows you to search for an existing patient record using either a name or patient ID as search criteria.
- Enter a patient name or patient ID (primary, alternate, or Copia patient ID) in the Search String field.
- Click Search (or press the Enter key) to look for the patient.
- If there is only one result for your search, then Harvest Webstation displays the patient's information in the Edit Patient: Orders Tab.
- If there are multiple results for your search, then Harvest Webstation displays the results of your search in the Patient Search Results page. Make a selection in the search results page to continue to the Edit Patient: Orders Tab.
- If no match is found, you will be notified that there are no matching records in the database. Repeat the search if desired.
- Harvest Webstation only displays patient results; it does not display quality control results.
- Remember that the results you may view are affected by the preference settings for Harvest Webstation users and your security settings. See Security Filtering in Harvest Webstation.
