Troubleshooting: Sorting Appears to be Incorrect
Help Table of Contents

Some of the troubleshooting tips help prevent connection time-out errors. If the page does not seem to reflect the proper information, refresh everything by holding down the Shift key when clicking on Refresh (Internet Explorer) or Reload (Firefox) in your browser. See Troubleshooting Harvest Webstation for additional troubleshooting tips.

Sorting Appears to be Incorrect

  • Capitalization: Lists of patients at times may appear to be sorted incorrectly. This is because Harvest Webstation takes capitalization into account when sorting records. For example, "JOHNSON, FRANK" is listed before "Johnson, Adam" due to the differences in capitalization. Because of this, it is important to be consistent when you are entering data into the system.
  • Spacing: The list of order choices in the Order Samples: Order Items page may appear to be sorted incorrectly. This may be because some order choices have been purposefully entered with a space in front of them (e.g., " CBC" instead of "CBC"). See Troubleshooting: Entering Order Choice Abbreviations.
