Troubleshooting: Shading Does Not Appear on Printed Reports

Some of the troubleshooting tips help prevent connection time-out errors. If the page does not seem to reflect the proper information, refresh everything by holding down the Shift key when clicking on Refresh (Internet Explorer) or Reload (Firefox) in your browser. Shading Does Not Appear on Printed Reports

Invoices, Requisitions, and Reports in Harvest Webstation are formatted with certain elements shaded. This helps make the information easier to read and interpret.

Depending on the browser you use, you may have to change your browser settings to make the shading appear when you print the information from Harvest Webstation.

  • Firefox
  • If you are using Firefox as your browser, then you do not need to change any settings. The shading should be included automatically on printed reports.

  • Internet Explorer
  • If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, then you may use the steps below to "turn on" shading for printed reports. This is not a required option.

    Note that depending on what version of Internet Explorer you are using, these steps may be slightly different.

    • Open the Tools menu.
    • Select Internet Options.
    • Select the Advanced tab.
    • Find the Printing options in the list.
    • Select the "Print background colors and images" option.
    • Click OK.
