Some of the troubleshooting tips help prevent connection time-out errors. If the page does not seem to reflect the proper information, refresh everything by holding down the Shift key when clicking on Refresh (Internet Explorer) or Reload (Firefox) in your browser. Results Display Incorrectly in the Completed Results Page

Results will only be displayed in the Completed Results page for providers who have a Harvest Webstation user name and password and have been set up in Harvest to always receive reports via the web or are selected to receive a copy of the patient's results via the web as a CC recipient. Also, orders are only displayed in this list once they have been approved in Harvest.
