Some of the troubleshooting tips help prevent connection time-out errors.
If the page does not seem to reflect the proper information, refresh everything
by holding down the Shift key when clicking on Refresh (Internet
Explorer) or Reload (Firefox) in your browser. See Troubleshooting Harvest Webstation for additional troubleshooting tips.
Batch Printing Does not Work
Batch printing functionality (clicking "Print all Reports"
or "Print All Reports and Mark as Reviewed" on the Completed
Results page) may not work if you are using an older browser. In
these cases, Harvest Webstation appears to print, but nothing appears
on the printer.
To correct this problem, you must update your web browser to the most
recent version. You should be able to download the most recent version
from your browser company's website (e.g., www.microsoft.com
or www.mozilla.com).
Orchard Software recommends that you always keep your browser up-to-date
to ensure the best performance of Harvest Webstation.
