Recurring Order Report

This page appears when you click the "Recurring Order Report" link from the main Available Reports page.

Note that you must have the necessary security settings in order to access the Recurring Order Report page. See Configuring Harvest Webstation: Establishing Security Settings for more information.

The Recurring Order Report displays open recurring orders with a next scheduled date within the selected date range.

Setting up the Recurring Order Report

  1. Select a view from the Column View drop-down list. You may create a column view specifying which columns to display and how to sort the columns on the Recurring Order Report in the Column Views table in Harvest—see the Harvest online or printed help for more information. Note that optional columns (if defined in the column view) are ignored by Harvest Webstation.
  2. Enter the range of dates and/or times you want to browse in the Start/End Date and Start/End Time fields. Enter these values to look for all open recurring orders with a next scheduled date within the specified date range.
  3. Click the Create button to create and print the report. See "Printing the Report" below. If no recurring orders are found within the specified date range, Harvest Webstation displays an alert instead.
  4. Click the Cancel button to close the page without creating a report.

Printing the Report

  1. Click the Create button to create the report. Harvest Webstation displays the Recurring Order Report in a separate display page, and the print dialog box automatically appears.
  2. Verify the settings for the printer in the print dialog box. Make any necessary modifications. See Printing.
  3. Click Print to confirm the printing or Cancel to cancel printing the Recurring Order Report.
  4. After you have printed or cancelled printing the report, close the display and return to the Available Reports page.
