Available Reports

If you click the Create Reports link that is on the left-hand side of the Harvest Webstation page, then this page appears, allowing you to print various reports.

Note that you must have the necessary security settings in order to access the report pages. See Configuring Harvest Webstation: Establishing Security Settings for more information.

The Available Reports page provides you with links to:

  • Collection List Report: Click this link in Harvest Webstation to open the Collection List Report page, where you may select the report options and then print a collection list report. See Collection List Report.
  • Recurring Order Report: Click this link in Harvest Webstation to open the Recurring Order Report page, where you may select the report options and then create a recurring order report. See Recurring Order Report.
  • Recurring Reminder Report: Click this link in Harvest Webstation to display and print the Recurring Reminder Report from a separate display page. The reminders are sorted by the Critical column.
    • The print dialog box automatically appears.
    • Verify the settings for the printer in the print dialog box. Make any necessary modifications. See Printing.
    • Click Print to confirm the printing or Cancel to cancel printing the Recurring Reminder Report.
    • After you have printed or cancelled printing the recurring reminder report list, close the display and return to the Available Reports page.
