This page appears when you click the Edit Recurrences button on the Save as a Recurring Order
page.
Use this page to schedule orders to be automatically scheduled on a
recurring basis. When the page opens, Harvest Webstation
displays the Daily tab by default,
where you can view, create, or edit daily recurrences or access the Hourly,
Weekly, Monthly,
or Yearly recurrence tabs.
- Choose the recurrence type.
- Select the Repeat every ______ __ of every __ years option
and enter the month, day, and number of years for the recurrence to
occur. For example, if you select "April" and enter "4"
for the day and "3" for the years, then the event will occur
on April 4th of every 3rd year.
- Select the Repeat Every __ ______ in _____ of every __ years
option and select the week of the month (first, second, third, fourth,
or last) and the day of the week (Monday, Tuesday, etc.) from the
drop-down fields. Then select the month of the year from the drop-down
list, and enter the number of years for the recurrence to occur. For
example, if you select "second," "Wednesday,"
"April," and enter "3," then the event will occur
the second Wednesday in April every 3rd year.
- Select the range of recurrences.
- Select the End after __ occurrences option and enter a number
to have the recurrence end after the specified number of occurrences.
For example, if you enter "12," then the event will be scheduled
12 times.
- Select the End by ______ option and enter a month, date,
and year by which time you want the recurrences to end. The current
date plus 30 days is entered by default.
- Select the Continue recurrences for a total of ______ option
and enter the number of times you want the recurrence to occur. You
may choose to measure the recurrences in days, weeks, months, or years
by selecting the appropriate choice from the drop-down list. You may modify your advanced configuration options to disable this option if desired.
- Enter the month, date, and year for the Starting Date of the
recurrence. The current month, date, and year are entered by default.
- Click the Cancel button prior to saving the recurrences if you wish to cancel editing
the recurrences for the order.
- After you have finished creating or editing the recurrence schedule,
click the Save button.
Once Harvest Webstation has received the new or edited schedule, it will
be displayed in the Save as a Recurring
Order page.
