If the page does not seem to reflect the proper information, refresh everything
by holding down the Shift key when clicking on Refresh (Internet
Explorer) or Reload (Firefox) in your browser. See Troubleshooting Harvest Webstation for additional troubleshooting tips.
Finding Your Version Number
When contacting Technical Support, you may be asked to provide the Harvest
Webstation version number. The version number is very easy to find, but
the exact steps may vary, depending on the web browser you use. Below
are the steps to follow for the two most common web browsers, Internet
Explorer and Firefox.
- Open Harvest Webstation.
- Click "View" on the main toolbar.
- Select "Source" (Internet Explorer) or "Page Source"
(Firefox). A window appears that contains a text version of the web
page you are viewing.
- Near the top of the page, you will find the copyright, date, and version
information. It will look similar to the following:

- Take note of your version and build numbers, so you can give them to
the Technical Support personnel. In this example, your version number
is 12, and your build number is 191001.
