Some of the troubleshooting tips help prevent connection time-out errors.
If the page does not seem to reflect the proper information, refresh everything
by holding down the Shift key when clicking on Refresh (Internet
Explorer) or Reload (Firefox) in your browser. See Troubleshooting Harvest Webstation for additional troubleshooting tips.
Using a Secure Connection
If the preference to reject unsecured requests is enabled in Harvest
and you try to sign in to Harvest Webstation with an unsecure connection,
you will receive a message that says, "You must use a secure connection
to access Harvest Webstation. Contact your Harvest Webstation administrator
for more information."
You can tell if your connection is secure or not by looking at the web
address in your browser window. Addresses that begin with "https://"
are secure; addresses that begin with "http://" are not secure.
If you receive this message, you will not be allowed to access Harvest
Webstation until you sign in with a secure connection. For your convenience,
the error message will provide a link to the secure site. If no secure
site is available, this link will not work. Contact your Harvest Webstation
administrator for additional help in setting up a secure connection.
