If the page does not seem to reflect the proper information, refresh everything
by holding down the Shift key when clicking on Refresh (Internet
Explorer) or Reload (Firefox) in your browser. See Troubleshooting Harvest Webstation for additional troubleshooting tips.
Pop-up Windows are Blocked and Do Not Open
A feature called "Pop-up Blocking" is common in the latest versions of web browsers (e.g., Internet Explorer and Firefox) and toolbars that you can add to web browsers (e.g., Google toolbar and Yahoo! toolbar). This can be a great feature to use as you surf the Internet because it keeps unsolicited pop-up windows from appearing when you do not want them to. However, the same feature can block pop-up windows that you do wish to see or need to use to conduct your transaction.
For example, if your web browser is set to block pop-up windows, Harvest Webstation will not open some pop-up or secondary windows (Add Patient, Incoming Message, etc.), and you may receive an alert that your browser is blocking pop-ups. You must change your web browser or toolbar settings to allow pop-up windows for the Harvest Webstation site in order for the windows to appear. You may also need to close and reopen Harvest Webstation and/or your web browser for the new setting to take effect. Refer to your web browser's online help if you need instructions for allowing pop-up windows for a selected site.
