If the page does not seem to reflect the proper information, refresh everything
by holding down the Shift key when clicking on Refresh (Internet
Explorer) or Reload (Firefox) in your browser. See Troubleshooting Harvest Webstation for additional troubleshooting tips.
Making Changes Appear for Harvest Webstation Users
Many values used in Harvest Webstation come from Harvest, including
preference settings, personnel, and order choice names. To make changes
in these values appear for Harvest Webstation users, you must update the
web preferences in Harvest and restart the 4D server. If you do not
restart 4D server, then changes to preferences, order choice names, user-defined
field labels, etc. will not take effect for Harvest Webstation users.
