Registry Error When Printing Labels

If you attempt to print labels on Harvest Webstation, and you receive the following error message: "Registry error (6). The handle is invalid," then you may have a registry issue with your workstation.

In order to print labels from Harvest Webstation, your workstation must have permission to access the registry file. This registry error is generally caused by changes in permissions that subsequently limit your workstation's access to the registry file.

In order to fix this problem, work with a member of your IT department to verify whether a change may have been made to your workstation profile that might limit access to the registry.

The registry path is: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Orchard Software\Labelprinter\1.0.
