This page appears if more than one match is found or if no matches
are found when you are searching for
diagnosis codes (also called ICD codes) while placing an order.
If no matches are found, then the ICD Code list will contain an entry
that states "No diagnosis codes found." If this happens, return
to the Order Samples: Patient & Order Choices
page to enter or search for a different diagnosis code.
Selecting a Code from the Diagnosis List
- Harvest Webstation lists up to 30 pages of search results,
with the patient's prior codes that match listed first, followed by
all of the other matching codes.
- The first 10 matches are displayed on the first page.
- Click a page number at the top of the page to navigate through the
results. These page links will only be present if there is more than
one page of results.
- The code search results are displayed in different fonts or colors
to indicate different statuses:
- Yellow Background: Indicates a code that has been used for the current
patient on a prior order.
- Bold Green: Indicates a code that is commonly used. (This must be
established in Harvest. See the Harvest online
help for more information.)
- Blue Italics: Indicates a code that has not yet been used by your
facility.
- Plain Green: Indicates a code that has not been marked as a commonly
used code, that has been used been used before by your facility, but
that has not been used for this patient.
- Click a code to add it to the first available Diagnosis field
on the Order Samples: Patient & Order Choices page. You may then
continue placing the order.
- Click the Cancel button at any time to close the Diagnosis List page and return to
the Order Samples: Patient & Order Choices
page.
