This page appears when you click the ... button to add Sample ID (SID) comments from the Order Samples: Sample Information page.

The Order Samples: Select ID Comments page contains a list of all of the quick comments that have been entered in Harvest. These comments include sample ID comments and standard text comments. See the Harvest online help for more information on creating quick comments.

Adding ID Comments

1. Select each ID Comment that you wish to include by clicking the checkbox next to the comment in the list. You may also use the spacebar on your keyboard to select a checkbox without using your mouse.
2. If you select more than one comment, also choose what you would like the Comment Separator to be from the drop-down list: comma, semicolon, comma space, semicolon space, or space. The default separator is a comma.
3. Click the Clear button to clear your selections. You may then make different selections or close the Order Samples: Select ID Comments page and return to the Order Samples: Sample Information page.
4. To save your selections, click the Add button. Harvest Webstation returns you to the Order Samples: Sample Information page and enters the selected comments into the ID Comment field with the appropriate punctuation separating your entries.

Note that if you are editing an existing entry or have just manually entered text and then use the ... button to add comments from this page, then your existing or manual entries will be overwritten with the comments that you select.
